As a productivity, performance, and time management, expert I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals and successful business owners over the past 30 years helping them to maximise their productivity and performance and realise their potential

I’ve partnered with them to master their time management and organisational skills as well as witnessing life-changing transformations as they ditch the overwhelm that comes as a result of procrastination or perfectionism, or because of an always present to-do list that never gets completed because of the pressures of “not having enough time” or the lack of a clear plan.

As a small business owner of almost 18 years and a highly experienced Business Manager and Consultant, I’ve been working with entrepreneurs, executives, and SMEs right through to global membership associations and companies ensuring they reach their potential, perform at their best, and in short, get their shizzle done!

I love partnering with my clients, witnessing the impact and the growth that comes from their being committed action takers, watching as they reach their goals, as the dreams become a reality, and as those feelings of underwater or overwhelm are well and truly kicked to the curb!

Dreams, goals, and aspirations are important, and I decided in 2020 with the impact of COVID to realise some of my own and invested in an intensive journey of personal learning, self-development, and growth where I’ve fallen in love with human psychology, behaviour design and everything that goes into creating habits that shape our days and which can literally be the difference that makes the difference in what we do or don’t achieve.

ICF ACC Accredited and Certified Tiny Habits, Performance and Life Transformations Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, DISC, and Diary Detox® Coach Practitioner together I bring a unique coaching approach, resource, and skillset to my coaching which is also combined with extensive management experience and as a business owner for almost 20 years.

Passionate about partnering with men and women who want to stop being stuck, to facilitate growth, find fulfilment, removing overwhelm, and finding clarity in their visions, values, and purpose so they can unleash their brilliance, reach their goals, and have a thriving business or life they love.

The Non-Work “Me”

When I am not busy working with clients or supporting people in sorting their time and productivity I can often be found with a book in my hand, and usually have at least 3 or 4 on the go at any one time.

Here’s a few other things that you might now know about me:

I am a Mum of one – fierce lioness of my not-so-little cub! He is the centre of all of my proudest moments. He’s currently studying at University to become a Quantity Surveyor!

I have a stationery fetish, a lover of notebooks, planners, and a collector of pens, with a soft spot, particularly for Mont Blanc fountain pens!  I have a huge collection of various-shaped Post It notes and stickies!

I have been lucky enough to swim with dolphins in their natural habitat in the ocean off the West Coast of Mexico – a truly wonderful experience.

I love to travel, exploring new cultures and countries is such a wonderful thing to do.

I would love to have a house by the ocean, with a sea view – the beach is my happy place!

I am an owner of 2 dogs, but definitely owned by a cat – she often insists on making her appearance on zoom and has been seen during lockdown in no less than 18 countries!

But, more than any of this, I have a huge passion for all that I do, the growth, and learning which is a very key part of my own personal and business values.
